Aufgaben

• Organize and accompany newcomers on orientation tours to help them settle in smoothly in the local area
• Assist the transferee with their home search and accompany them on property viewing appointments
• Support the transferee with the registration at the local town hall and opening a bank account
• Deliver a great customer experience ending in excellent customer satisfaction

Qualifikation

• You live in the region of Marburg and have knowledge of the local area and customs
• You have strong written and spoken skills in English and German
• This is coupled with a proactive approach, positive attitude and the ability to make decisions independently
• You always keep your focus on solving problems, with an ability to plan and manage workloads under pressure and excellent time management skills
• You possess a valid drivers’ license
